Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Amritsar. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication with customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support processes
- Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and fostering a positive Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing customer interactions
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively in a professional manner
- Experience in retail or service-oriented roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
