Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support to address client concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and positive Customer Experiences
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in interior design, construction services, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional language skills being an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an added benefit
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an onsite setting
