Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our on-site location in the Greater Jaipur Area. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person communication channels, maintaining detailed records, and working collaboratively with team members to optimize customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to team goals by ensuring a client-first approach in every engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and improving overall Customer Interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address customer needs
- Attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Basic computer literacy and experience using customer service software or tools
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area during designated hours
