Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Vasai for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle customer interactions via calls, emails, or in-person visits, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, manage customer accounts, and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software tools or CRM systems is an advantage
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
