CRM Executive (Full-Time)
📍 Bangalore (Onsite)
⏰ Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold calling, email & LinkedIn
- Manage and update leads in CRM
- Handle client communication & follow-ups
- Convert leads and close sales deals
- Maintain client relationships & resolve queries
- Prepare reports, track performance & revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / CRM / Business Development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of lead generation & email marketing
- Good MS Excel & reporting skills
- Willingness to work in night shift (US market)
