We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Chat Support (Non-Voice Process) team.
📍 Work Location: Gurugram Plot No. 398, Udyog Vihar Phase III, Sector 1 (Work from Office)
💼 Role: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Salary: ₹28,000 (In-Hand)
📅 Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (Chat/Customer Support)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat support
Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure quality and compliance with company standards
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Any discipline)
Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat/Customer Support
Good typing speed (25–30 WPM)
Strong written communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Ability to work in rotational Shifts.
Good knowledge of Travel domain.
