Job Role: Customer Care Executive (International process, Inbound)

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our
team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible
for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls/chats and
handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.
- Comfortable in hardcore night shift
Shifts: Rotational Shifts with 5 working days and 2 rotational week off
Salary:
For Chat: 26k CTC, 19k in hand + 2500 PLI
