Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives for an International Voice Process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and undergraduates with relevant exposure who are eager to build a career in the BPO/Customer Support industry. The position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Representative will handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with international customers, address customer queries efficiently, provide accurate information and resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves adhering to defined processes, maintaining quality and compliance standards, documenting call details accurately, and meeting performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates and freshers are welcome to apply. Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of international voice experience will also be considered. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in English, strong listening and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.
Compensation:
₹30,000 in-hand per month.
