Job Overview:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Handling customer queries and complaints for a renowned technology company.
• Providing transaction handling services with high problem-solving efficiency.
• Identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products and services such as domains, hosting, website security, and email solutions.
• Maintaining accuracy and demonstrating strong numerical ability.
• Delivering high-quality results that meet productivity and sales targets.
• Handling challenging customer situations with patience and composure.
• Following quality standards and implementing company guidelines accurately.
• Multitasking and making fast, independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
Work Schedule:
• 5 days working, rotational shifts
• 9 hours Shift
• Open to working in a 24×7 operational environment
