Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Kanpur. The representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, handling service requests, providing updates on orders, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience. The role requires maintaining clear communication, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Additionally, the representative will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Inquiries
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and call handling is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage
- Knowledge or background in leather care, repair, or related industries would be beneficial
