Job Title - Customer Support & Program Coordinator
Location - Hyderabad
About the Role
Hera runs daycare/creche centres and a community‑based childcare program.
We are looking for someone who can support parents and staff, coordinate day‑to‑day communication, and help our programs run smoothly.
Who We Are Looking For
2–4 years of experience in:
- Preschool/daycare/creche (front office, parent relations, centre coordinator/head), **especially someone who has worked directly with health, hygiene, and child safety standards**, or
- Customer service or community‑facing roles **where you have handled parents calling with concerns, complaints, and urgent issues**.
Very strong in parent/customer handling, calm during complaints, and good at finding solutions.
Speaks Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus).
Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic Google Sheets/Forms.
Willing to travel to creches, communities, and client locations when required (field visits as needed, not daily).
What You Will Do
1. Hera Daycare / Creche Centres
Be the main customer contact for Hera daycare centres.
Talk to staff (caregivers, centre in‑charge) to understand daily issues and help solve them.
Speak with parents (in person, on phone, WhatsApp) about their concerns, questions, and requirements.
Record all issues clearly and follow up until they are resolved.
Support the team in improving areas like parent communication, child safety, hygiene, and daily routines.
2. Community Childcare Workers
Stay in regular touch with childcare workers placed in communities.
Help them handle parent expectations, child routines, and basic service issues.
Call or visit client families to check how the service is going and note any concerns.
Share important issues with the Hera team and coordinate actions to solve them.
3. Coordination, Communication & Reporting
Maintain simple trackers of calls, visits, parent queries, and issue resolution.
Share short weekly and monthly updates with the Hera team on key issues and actions taken.
Help create and use standard message formats for parents and workers (welcome messages, daily updates, alerts, etc.).
