Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will interact with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, providing support for insurance-related questions, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and manage Customer Relationships effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is preferred
