Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Additional tasks include documenting customer interactions, providing feedback to improve processes, and collaborating with team members to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions via various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Prior experience in roles involving client interaction or customer relationship management is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM tools and familiar with the principles of quality audits and reporting
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
