Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Gurugram. Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and providing excellent Customer Support
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing customer queries effectively
- Proficiency with relevant customer service tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
