What You'll Do
As a
Customer Service Representative with a Shopify and Gorgias focus, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer support experiences through chat, email, and phone communication.
- Provide professional and friendly customer support through chat, email, and phone channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account-related concerns.
- Use platforms such as Shopify and Gorgias to manage tickets efficiently and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure clear communication throughout each interaction.
- Stay informed on product updates, workflows, and support processes to deliver consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and process improvements.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for organized, customer-focused professionals who thrive in remote support environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably within E-Commerce or remote support environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar customer support tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Empathetic, patient, reliable, and solutions-oriented when handling customer concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
Technical Requirements
To support long-term success in this remote role, candidates should have:
- Personally owned computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for customer communication.
