Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients and prospects
- Present company services and generate interest/leads
- Maintain professional and clear communication on calls
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain call records
- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/tools is a plus)
- Target-driven and confident personality
