Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, enhancing the customer experience, and liaising with team members to provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Clear communicator of english and hindi, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult conversations
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn about sports products and explain them confidently to customers
- Solution-focused with a strong sense of accountability
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries across calls, chat, email, and social media
- Manage order-related queries, status, delays, tracking, and updates
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on quick and effective solutions
- Handle cases of damaged or incorrect orders, including replacements/refunds
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, operations) for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Educate customers about products to improve their buying experience
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience across all touchpoints
