Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer concerns, and providing information about products and services. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, handling returns or exchanges, updating customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences. Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong capabilities in managing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and requests.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or other related software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
