Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Lucknow. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through various communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. This role also focuses on delivering friendly and empathetic service to build lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Customer Experience and strategies to enhance it
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Familiarity with omnichannel communication platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
