CSR Proposal Writer (Full Time / Hybrid / Remote)Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of proven experience in CSR proposal writing and Monitoring and Evaluation
3. Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Knowledge of CSR laws, guidelines, and reporting frameworks in India.
   

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal Writing & CSR Strategy, draft, edit, and submit CSR proposals aligned with organizational goals and donor requirements.
2. Research CSR trends, funding opportunities, and corporate partnerships.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative CSR initiatives.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), develop and implement M&E frameworks, indicators, and tools for CSR projects.
5. Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to assess effectiveness and impact.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
