Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Deliver professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to achieve process targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (pursuing candidates not eligible).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
