Weddings are chaotic and beautiful, all at once — and someone needs to be the calm, reliable voice the client can always count on. That's who we're looking for.
🔹 *What you'll do:*
• Take the first client call and understand their vision for the big day
• Set up and join Zoom meetings with our senior team, understanding the requirements
& helping in closers
• Help clients finalise vendors across decor, catering, photography, and more
• Be the go-to point of contact for client queries right up to the event
• Be on-site on the wedding day, making sure every commitment is delivered
• Collect client feedback post-event
• Keep following up on new leads alongside your day-to-day
🔹 *What we're looking for:*
• Great with people, quick on your feet, cool under pressure
• Strong communication skills, confident on calls
• Working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint (for client decks/proposals)
• Experience in client servicing or hospitality is a plus
