We're hiring a Customer Support Executive at Shipverse.
Shipverse is an international shipping platform for Indian e-commerce sellers, based in New Delhi. We're launching soon and building our founding team.
In international logistics, support is not a back-office function. It is the product. So, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter and the customer’s champion through and through.
What the role involves:
— First point of contact for all client queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
— Proactively tracking active shipments and updating clients before they need to ask
— Managing exceptions- customs holds, delays, failed deliveries- with speed and ownership
— Raising carrier claims and disputes on behalf of clients
— Preparing weekly summaries of issue types, resolution times, and recurring problems
What we're looking for:
— 2-3 years in customer support within logistics, freight, or ecommerce
— Experience handling international shipment queries is a strong advantage
— Excellent written English
— Calm under pressure and capable of managing 30-50 active cases at a time
Full-time. On-site. New Delhi.
