Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing assigned smaller-sizedaccounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursuenew business opportunities within assigned smaller-sizedterritory by cross-selling and up-selling products and solutions.
- Develop pathways for the customers including the processes of both getting and using the products.
- Effectively communicate and sell the value of the company's products or services to various customer groups through effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals in a way that is mutually beneficial for the customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service togenerate customer retention and new opportunities.
- Customer quarriers can be financial, logistic, or clinical in character.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Will work only through Distributors
Qualification: - Science Graduate
Experience: - Minimum 3 years in sales in healthcare sales.
