Job Overview:
ACE Rooms Ltd. is seeking skilled and customer-oriented professionals to strengthen its operations team. Ideal candidates should have experience in travel operations or hotel reservations, preferably managing the UK market. Applicants from ICSE or CBSE backgrounds with strong communication and interpersonal abilities will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel bookings and travel operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage reservation requests for the UK market
- Liaise with hotels, travel partners, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of customer service and timely communication
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in travel operations or hotel reservations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Presentable, articulate, and detail-oriented professionals
- Working knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems will be an added advantage
