Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will handle all customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining strong client relationships to uphold the company’s high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle queries efficiently and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields
