About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients in their preferred regional language. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi , English, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer service software.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages.
