Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position also involves addressing and enhancing the overall customer experience, maintaining high service standards, and effectively communicating with customers to address their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to resolve complaints effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of the insurance or fintech industry are advantageous
