🚀 Pankh Cyber Solution is hiring for E-commerce Customer Service Executive (Inbound)
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🛍️ Process: E-commerce Customer Service (Inbound)
💰 Salary: ₹31,000 In-hand (Approx. 4.5 LPA) based on interview fixed will be decided
✅ Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Looking for immediate Joiners
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, product information, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer details and interaction records in the system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during every interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure timely issue resolution.
