Join Oliso as a Customer Service Representative to engage with U.S. customers and provide top-notch support. We seek passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience with U.S. inbound support. Familiarity with Zendesk and Tawk.to is essential.

You will have 2 weeks trial seeing how you perform, we will offer you long term.
We also provide hands on training which is a mandatory where you get the product training in months time from the time you join. This happens in your city from where you will be working.
Deliverables
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Utilize Zendesk and Tawk.to for issue resolution
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Available to work in PST time zone
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Must have USB headset
- Has to be techsavy
