We are pleased to inform you that we have new openings in customer service for Nykaa Fashion. We are currently looking for candidates who are comfortable handling customer interactions via chat, calls, and emails.
Role Details:
Process: Nykaa Fashion
Location : Mumbai - Lower Parel East
Communication Channels: Chat, Call, and Email
Working Hours: Between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Shift Duration: 9 hours per day (Rotational shifts within the given window)
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Requirement : Comm Skills Should Be Fluent
Qualification : Graduation is must
