Job Summary
NLB Services is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Support Team for the Travel Process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer queries through email and chat, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
