🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates: B.A., B.Com, BBA, BHM, B.Sc., BCA
- B.Tech (Mechanical / Biotechnology) can apply
- PGDM candidates can apply
- Distance PG candidates are eligible
- ❌ BE / MCA are not eligible
💻 Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (Night allowances provided)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24×5 training administration support to global clients
- Handle customer queries via email related to training administration
- Assist with training scheduling and provide resolution options
- Gather and analyze issue-related information
- Document cases and generate tickets in the system
- Prepare daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Manage training activities on Learning Management Systems
