Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in the Greater Lucknow Area. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions via calls, emails, or in-person communication, maintaining accurate records, and proactively addressing customer concerns to elevate overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and building strong client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
