🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Support Representative (SaaS)
🌍 Remote | US Shift (EST Hours)
This is not a ticket-closing role.
We’re looking for a problem solver, customer advocate, and ownership-driven CSR who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
If you take pride in solving real problems, not just responding to tickets, this role is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Own customer queries end-to-end via 𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐤
• Troubleshoot product, billing & account issues with clarity and urgency
• Identify root causes and deliver real solutions
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for issue resolution
• Support billing workflows and subscriptions
• Proactively identify churn risks & improve customer retention
💡 What We’re Looking For
• 2-3 years in Customer Support (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Experience handling US-based customers (EST hours)
• Strong ownership mindset & problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in a simple way
⭐ Bonus Points
• Experience in HealthTech / HIPAA environments
• Exposure to SaaS billing & retention metrics
