Role Description
We are looking for a 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗖𝗦𝗥) with experience in 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 to assist healthcare professionals and business users with product. The CSR will be responsible for managing support tickets in Zendesk, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear solutions, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• 𝗭𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸 – Experience handling customer support tickets and workflows.
• 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 – Experience supporting SaaS applications and users.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Ability to diagnose and resolve product or account issues.
• 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 – Experience maintaining ticket updates, notes, and support records.
