Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries from clients, provide information on properties and services, and address questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences. The role also involves following up with prospective and existing clients, supporting resolution of issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer applications (CRM tools preferred).
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in real estate or related service industries is a plus; minimum high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
