Role Description

Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Customer Experience and ensuring a high standard of service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve issues efficiently
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
