We are looking for a disciplined and proactive individual to support our industrial customers. This role focuses on follow-ups, repeat orders, coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team and operations team to ensure smooth customer servicing. This is a learning role with clear growth into Key Account Management
Key Responsibilities
1️. Customer Follow-Ups
- Call existing customers to check stock levels
- Remind them to place repeat orders
- Follow up on quotations sent by the sales team
- Track trial orders and collect feedback
2. Order Coordination
- Confirm product availability with warehouse
- Coordinate dispatch timelines
- Inform customers about delivery status
- Maintain proper order records
3. Payment & Outstanding Tracking
- Follow up on pending payments
- Confirm expected payment dates
- Update outstanding tracker regularly
4️. CRM & Data Management
- Update lead and customer records daily
- Maintain Excel trackers
- Record customer feedback and issues

Skills Required / Ideal Candidate
● Graduate (Marketing preferred)
● Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred + Plus point if comfortable with Gujarati)
● Comfortable speaking to clients on phone
● Basic Excel knowledge
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Willingness to learn
Performance Metrics
