Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to shipments, tracking, documentation, and delivery updates
- Coordinate with operations, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams
- Manage shipment follow-ups and ensure timely status updates to clients
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and reports
- Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality
- Monitor daily shipment movements and escalation handling
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Good knowledge of import/export operations and shipment processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and logistics software
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
