Role Description
This full-time role is based on-site in Gurugram. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the organization's customer retention and satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and deliver excellent customer interactions
- Excellent problem-solving, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
