Customer Support Representative
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users—resolving queries, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the brand with empathy and clarity.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, chat, email)
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support
- Identify patterns in issues and suggest process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / customer success
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience
