Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Kochi location. In this on-site role, you will handle daily interactions with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage customer accounts, maintain detailed records, and provide support to enhance overall customer experience. Additionally, you will liaise with other departments to facilitate efficient service delivery and uphold Mingler Living's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in delivering seamless Customer Experience and fostering positive client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Experience in luxury goods or furniture industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related fields
