Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Bengaluru. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proficiency in fostering Customer Satisfaction and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage
