About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers with queries, orders, and concerns while ensuring a smooth and positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Support daily customer service operations and improve response processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (written & verbal).
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work from office and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
