Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Representative. The incumbent will manage customer inquiries, address customer needs, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, providing accurate information on products and services, troubleshooting issues, and streamlining solutions to improve customer experience. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actively contributing to process improvements to enhance service delivery.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to address customer inquiries effectively and professionally

- Relevant experience working in customer-centric roles
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is a plus
