Role Overview: -
• We are hiring a Customer Care Executive who will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and actively pitch products/services to drive sales. The role requires strong communication skills along with a sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support, and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
• Convert conversations into potential sales wherever possible .
• Maintain a professional and confident communication style.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers when required.
Requirements: -
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling.
