🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive
Honasa Consumer Ltd is looking for dynamic professionals to join our Customer Service team in Gurgaon (Sec 44).
💼 Compensation: ₹28,000 + ₹2,000 Incentive
📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Rotational Off
🔎 Key Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience handling customer queries via calls, email, and chat
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
* Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
🎯 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining high CSAT scores.
