Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming salon experience
- Handle calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
Appointment Coordination
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the booking system
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Coordinate with stylists to ensure timely service flow
Front Desk & Floor Coordination
- Maintain an organized reception and waiting area
- Monitor client flow on the salon floor and assist in smooth operations
- Ensure clients are attended to without delays
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
