We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Delhi NCR)
At Green Chick Chop, we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our customer experience across all outlets.
🔹 Role Overview:
* Manage and optimize Google listings for 100+ outlets
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews (Google, social, etc.)
* Handle customer complaints, feedback & escalations
* Ensure quick resolution and maintain a positive brand image
* Coordinate with internal teams & outlets for issue resolution
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Experience in customer service / online reputation management
* Ability to handle multiple outlets & high-volume feedback
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
